Meet Your Doula:

Hi, I'm Christine, a CAPPA certified Postpartum Doula, Labour Doula, and Childbirth Educator - as well as a former pediatric nurse and mother of four.

My birth support includes prenatal education that helps us prepare as your birth team. We’ll learn how the body gives birth - but even more importantly, we’ll practice and prepare together to help you to access your superpowers in labour! And I’ll be there throughout your pregnancy and early baby days to answer questions and provide resources as you need them.

When the big day arrives, I’ll be there - bringing kindness

and calm to you and your birth partner. I’ll be there to guide you to labour more confidently and comfortably. I love to help you and your partner to access your own innate ability to labour and birth powerfully together, as a family, using the superpowers of love! My breastfeeding support skills are very strong! I love to help you to get a wonderful early start on feeding and caring for your baby, helping you set a strong foundation for your growing family.

With love,

Christine

"Throughout my labour, Christine seamlessly interacted with me, my partner, and the midwives...Without Christine, I don't think my dream home birth would have become a reality." - Kaitlyn (PHD in education)

"I was so glad I’d followed her guidance. I honestly can’t sing enough praises for Christine; child labour for me was a tough one...  but she was there every step of the way. She knows exactly the right thing to say or do. I had an incredible experience, all thanks to Christine. She’s truly a miracle worker." - Sarah
