"Without Christine, I don't think my dream home birth would have become a reality. Christine provided myself and my partner with information, resources, and the emotional and physical support we needed to have the birth we dreamed of having. As a first time mom, I was able to ask Christine questions throughout my pregnancy, and the prenatal education she provided helped me to feel more confident about breastfeeding, pain management techniques during labour, and newborn care.

Throughout my labour, Christine seamlessly interacted with me, my partner, and the midwives. Postpartum visits with Christine helped my partner and I to manage life as new parents, and I was able to develop a strong breastfeeding relationship with my baby. We couldn't have done this miraculous thing without her."

Choosing Christine as my Doula was the best decision. I believe she played a big role in making it possible for me to  deliver naturally after a c-section. From the moment I met her I felt an instant connection. Christine was very positive and reminded me that my body was capable of doing this and everything will be fine. Talking to her I always felt great. During the birth she was awesome.

She made the birthing process

easy and memorable.

She reminded me to embrace the pain instead of fighting it. Which made it easier to cope with the pain. The techniques we used during labour made it easier to deal with contractions. After the birth she supported me with breastfeeding. She was also amazing with my toddler, who adores her too.

Christine is very passionate

about what she does and gives it 100%.

Gabriel came unexpectedly. I learned I was pregnant and becoming a single mother, and I was petrified. Christine offered to doula for me, and reassured me I was going to do just fine. She was my friend first and quickly became my doula. Because of her passion for what she does, I was able to give birth to my healthy baby boy Gabriel on March 8 2018. He was 7lbs and 3oz and I was able to have him naturally even due to my health illness.

I’m forever thankful and grateful

for her presence of calmness

and her friendship.

Christine helped my baby

have the best start to life.

As new parents, it was incredibly helpful to have Christine assist my husband and I right after the birth of our son. Having our parents and friends there to help was good, but their knowledge was not as up to date and sometimes their approach led to more stress than necessary. Christine helped us learn current parenting practices while also being calm and supportive, which helped us gain confidence.

Even before the birth of our son, Christine helped with preparing for labour by teaching my husband and I valuable techniques to encourage a successful birth. Shortly after that, she came for an emergency session without any notice when we found out our baby was losing weight drastically. Christine raced to my house and coached me on breastfeeding and supplementing techniques that were vital to getting my breastfeeding journey off to the right track.

I feel so confident now,

and it is all thanks to her help on

that day and on the days that followed.

Whenever I had a question about being a parent, Christine was available by phone or in person to help me. She taught my husband and I how to bathe our son, and now he absolutely loves bath time thanks to her techniques! She helped us with constant breastfeeding coaching, and with a difficult diaper rash problem that we didn’t know how to treat. She helped us learn quickly while also giving me a much needed break when things were getting difficult.

On top of all of the amazing knowledge she passed down, she also was extremely supportive and amazing with my son. She always had words of encouragement to help me on my parenting journey. My husband and I are so thankful for her help, and would recommend her to anyone!

Thank you so much, Christine!!

I wasn’t scheduled to be a Mom; was told I’d likely be unable to conceive, so I’d written off the idea, and never paid attention to pregnancy and childbirth matters.

…..well, lo and behold. Never say never.

Going into it knowing absolutely nothing on the topic, I figured I’d better find someone who does. I found Christine online and couldn’t be more thankful I did. She came to my house and taught me all I needed to know. Starting with how your body prepares for labour, what transitions you can expect, how to (*this bit is important, so pay attention*) have the most comfortable experience possible. This is major! She knows the statistics & is full of substantiated knowledge on how to have the most comfortable - and even enjoyable - labour possible. She even teaches you to breastfeed.

During my lengthy day & night of labouring, Christine showed up as soon as was needed and knew exactly when & where to insert herself. She always knew what I wanted before I did! She isn’t overbearing and sometimes (just the right times) you don’t even notice she’s there.

During the times you feel absolutely incapable of continuing, she has the best advice and instruction on how to feel more comfortable. She didn’t even mind when I yelled & screamed I didn’t want any suggestions… haha, but she was right, of course.

I was so glad I’d followed her guidance.

I honestly can’t sing enough praises for Christine;

child labour for me was a tough one, including worrisome complications and plan for an emergency cesarean, but she was there every step of the way. She knows exactly the right thing to say or do. I had an incredible experience, all thanks to Christine. She’s truly a miracle worker.

Highly recommended, you’ll be so happy to involve her in your amazing day. All the best to the Moms-to-be. You’re in the best hands possible!

Thanks so much for doing our prenatal classes. Content was great, especially in the first session with how everything works and how the baby get its nutrients. We gained greater understanding of how the body works to grow a baby.

Breastfeeding session was very practical and a good visual idea of how to breastfeed. Loved the balloon props. All in all very good.

Thanks again. Love you lots.

Thank you SO much for all the information, for all your teaching in the prenatal class and for the general good vibes we'll be taking into our parenthood journey. We learned a lot, and we very much appreciate the open space for asking questions that have been burning in our minds.

Looking in the rearview mirror, the prenatal course was really amazing.

It gave both Tal and I equal footing and a firm base to work from as I was going through labour. He knew the steps and was so helpful getting me through everything. We knew not to fret and just chilled out through the first stage contractions. Tal knew to time my contractions as they started getting closer together and had all the go-bags ready. After little Nate arrived, Tal helped him with his first few (excellent!) latches. Thank you, THANK YOU again for everything. We couldn't have done it without you!

I cannot express enough gratitude and admiration for Christine and the exceptional support she provided during one of the most significant times of our lives. From the moment we met her, we felt an immediate connection and a deep sense of trust that only grew stronger as we navigated through the journey of pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Throughout my pregnancy, Christine was a constant source of reassurance and wisdom. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and her wealth of knowledge about pregnancy and childbirth was invaluable. Her calm and nurturing demeanor helped alleviate our anxieties, allowing us to focus on the joy and excitement of welcoming our new baby.

The day of delivery was a beautiful whirlwind, and having Christine by our side made all the difference. She provided unwavering support, not just for me, but for my entire family. Her presence was a perfect blend of professional expertise and heartfelt care.

She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and her soothing techniques and encouraging words gave me the strength to persevere.

She truly made our birth experience a positive and empowering one.

But Christine's support didn't end there. Her guidance during the postpartum period, particularly with breastfeeding, was a game-changer. Her patience and practical advice helped us establish a successful breastfeeding routine. She celebrated our successes and offered compassionate support through the tough moments, making sure we felt confident and capable as new parents.

Beyond her professional skills, what truly sets Christine apart is her genuine warmth and kindness.

She became a cherished part of our family, someone we could rely on for emotional support and practical help. Her dedication to our well-being went above and beyond, and we are forever grateful for the positive impact she has had on our lives.

If you are looking for a doula who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and deeply committed to supporting families through the incredible journey of childbirth, look no further than Christine. She is a true gem, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her by our side and the coach of our birthing team. Thank you, Christine, for everything you have done for us. You are truly amazing💞
